Aerial Program

Aerial Silks is a beautiful, creative, and challenging art form that builds upper body and core strength, kinesthetic awareness, and coordination. This class is available for all levels, and is designed to teach and safely build the foundations of aerial fabric training.

Students will learn basic climbs, foot locks, hip keys, and sequences starting low to the ground on aerial fabric. These classes are small and specific, with individual coaching and attention to detail.

Beginner Aerial Silks 1 (7-14 yrs, Girls Only)

This is our Beginner Aerial Silks for girls who have some to no experience in silks. This class is designed to teach you the fundamentals of aerial silks. You will learn the names and movements of basic silks skills. You will learn how to be safe and comfortable on all silks equipment.

Our coaches are always evaluating all their students in their class, so once they know you have mastered the Beginner 1 Silks requirements at PCG, they will contact you with the recommendation your student(s) move up to Beginner Silks 2. All move-ups must be verified by the coach and completed by the front desk personnel.

Beginner Aerial Silks 2 (7-14 yrs, Girls Only)

This is our second level of Beginner Aerial Silks for girls who have previous experience or have completed Beginner Silks 1 at PCG. Students with previous experience in Silks will need to demonstrate the ability to complete all Beginner 1 Silks skills in a Beginner Silks 1 class prior to enrolling in Beginner Silks 2. This class is designed to teach you the more advanced fundamentals of aerial silks. You will learn the names and movements of common prep skills to prepare for advanced silks skills. You will learn how to be safe and comfortable on all silks equipment.

Our coaches are always evaluating all their students in their class, so once they know you have mastered the Beginner 2 Silks requirements at PCG, they will recommend they move up to Advanced Silks. All move-ups must be verified by the coach and completed by the front desk personnel.

Intermediate Aerial Silks 1 (7-16 yrs, Girls Only)

This is our first level of Intermediate Aerial Silks for girls who have previous experience or have completed Beginner Silks 2 at PCG. Students with previous experience in Silks will need to demonstrate the ability to complete all Beginner 2 Silks skills in a Beginner Silks 2 class prior to enrolling in Intermediate Silks 1. This class is designed to teach you the more advanced fundamentals of aerial silks. You will learn the names and movements of common prep skills to prepare for advanced silks skills. You will learn how to be safe and comfortable on all silks equipment.
