Miss Lindsey
General Manager
Miss Lindsey has been with PCG for over seven years! Originally from Oregon, she coached gymnastics in college! After teaching for several years, she moved with her family to San Diego and started with Pacific Coast as a substitute coach - now having grown into an integral piece of management of our office and recreational classes. With two children of her own as PCG Team Members, she enjoys being both a team mom and a part of the PCG family. Her favorite part of PCG is getting to see kids grow into their love for gymnastics!
Miss Kim
Office Admin
Kim started gymnastics when she was only 4 years old! She loved it and competed through Level 8. In middle school she switched to springboard diving and competed through her first year of college at SDSU on scholarship. Kim spent her young adult years obtaining her undergraduate degree, an MBA, and worked in the healthcare industry. The majority of the last 14 years, Kim has been a full time stay-at-home mom her two sons, both members of the PCG Boys Team! Kim loves gymnastics and is grateful and excited to be a part of the PCG family as both a parent and office staff.
Coach Bekah
Girls Team Director
Coach Bekah came to our staff from PCG’s Womens Developmental Team, progressing over the course of 13 years of gymnastics training all the way to Level 10! Having been a competing member of our team at PCG, she is excited to take be a mentor to young gymnasts ready for their next challenge. In her free time, she enjoys competitive bowling with her teams in Vista and Temecula. Her favorite part of coaching Girls Team is seeing the girls progress individually and as a team.
Coach Haley
Girls Team Assistant Coach
Coach Haley has been at Pacific Coast Gymnastics since she was only six years old! From competitive gymnast to recreational coach to competitive team coach, Haley lives for gymnastics. Her career highlight was helping the Region One Team win first place at Western's in 2023! When she's not at the gym, Haley's stuck in a book, or talking about a book, or at the bookstore - really! Coach Haley is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at CSUSM.
Coach Carissa
Girls Team Assistant Coach
Coach Carissa has been with PCG since 2018! She got her start at Pacific Coast coaching Recreational Gymnastics and Aerial Silks and is now an integral part of our Girls Team coaching staff. While gymnastics is her passion now, she also coached two competitive cheer teams for three years - winning state and national titles! When she's not at PCG, she is training as a diagnostic ultrasound technician. Her favorite part of coaching Girls Team is watching her girls progress and succeed at what they love to do!
Coach Jess K
Girls Team Assistant Coach
Coach Jess has been a part of our PCG team for almost ten years! She competed for Girl’s Team for six years, competing through Level 7, prior to transitioning to coaching team. In her free time, she enjoys yoga and going on bike rides. Her favorite part of coaching is getting to see her athletes improve everyday and watching their hard work pay off in competitions.
Coach Roman
Boys Team Director
Coach Roman has been involved with gymnastics since age 5! As the first member of the Boy's Gymnastics Team here at PCG, he competed throughout his child and young adulthood through Level 9. While studying for his Master's degree, he continued coaching the Boy's Team Optionals as well as the Girl's Team Optionals. In his free time, he authors a soon to be published fantasy series, though his real passion lies in continuing to research new and better ways to coach skills. Most recently, Coach Roman was elected as the Southern California South Conference Chairman.
Coach Bella H.
Boys Team Assistant Coach
Coach Bella has lived and breathed gymnastics for over a decade. Having competed her last season as a Level 9 in 2023, she decided to continue coaching girls recreational gymnastics while building an entirely new skill set: coaching men’s gymnastics! When she’s not at the gym or studying for her Bachelor’s Degree, you can find her decompressing with a book! Coach Bella works hard to give her students new, fun, and sometimes challenging drills to help them reach their goals.
Coach Bella T.
Aerial Arts Director
Coach Bella has been practicing Aerial Arts for over seven years, competing across San Diego County in the Advanced category. Having gotten her start coaching at the PCG, she coaches students from Novice to Advanced Aerial Arts. She also has grown to lead PCG's Aerial program, as one of the integral coaches for both Recreational and Team Aerial Silks. She enjoys spending time with family and creating art projects in her free time while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at CSUSM. Bella's favorite part of coaching is getting to see how proud students are of themselves when they master a new skill!
Coach Amelia
Recreational Gymnastics & Aerial Arts Coach
Coach Amelia got her start in gymnastics through acrobatic dance and competitive cheer! Once she discovered her passion was working with children, she decided to combine her two joys into coaching. Coming from a background of working as a teacher’s aid, Amelia has an affinity for instructing the littlest of our gymnasts. In her free time, you can find Amelia studying, reading, or going to the beach!
Coach Jaime
Special Events Director
Coach Jaime has been with PCG since 2021! As a gymnast, she competed through Level 4 in club gymnastics and switched over to High School Varsity in 8th grade. After getting her degree in Psychology and working for a few years in business, she was excited to make the switch to a field she’s passionate about. As a coach, she has taught all levels of Girl's Recreational Gymnastics, PCG Cheer, and our Novice Aerial classes. In her free time, she enjoys painting, taking her weenie dog to the beach, and going to Padres games!
Coach Chloe
Tiny Tumblers Program Coordinator
Coach Chloe competed for Pacific Coast for 8 years, finishing her gymnastics career in high school as a Level 10 and continuing on to practice in college. After graduating from CSUSM in 2023, she continued on to grow her knowledge and passion through coaching Level 4. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, thrifting, and spending time outdoors. Coach Chloe loves to share her passion for gymnastics with her students and watch them gain confidence in themselves!
Coach Cheyenne
Recreational Program Coordinator
Coach Cheyenne competed for Pacific Coast in our Xcel Program, competing up to XCEL Diamond. She has a passion for teaching and helping young athletes acheive their goals. She is a proud graduate of UCLA with her degree in Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics. When she’s not in the gym, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outdoors.
Coach Grayson
Recreational Coach
Coach Graysen has been doing gymnastics for 12 years and is currently on our Boys Team competing level 9! He enjoys sharing his excitement for gymnastics with his students and finds joy in helping young athletes improve and have fun! When he’s not in the gym, he enjoys spending time with friends, skiing, wakeboarding and playing video games. In the future he looks forward to going to college and hopes to pursue a career in engineering or computer software!
Coach Cassidy

Coach Cassidy came back to coach at PCG after being a student of ours in preschool way back! She found her love of working with children through volunteer work with her local church group. Cassidy is excited to be back after her first year at GCU, where she is pursuing a career in elementary education. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, shopping, and dinner with good friends!
Coach Maryn
Recreational Coach
Coach Maryn has been at Pacific Coast since she was a Buddy & Me, and has taken just about every gymnastics and aerial class we offer! She is an active member of our Girls Competitive Team, going into her first season of Xcel Platinum and her third season on the competitive team. When she's not training or coaching, she enjoys reading and watching anime!
Coach Gradon
Recreational Coach
Coach Gradon has been in the gymnastics world for 7 years and 5 at Pacific Coast! He is a member of our Boys Gymnastics team as a Level 9, and his favorite event is Pommel Horse! While most days he is at PCG competing or coaching, he enjoys hanging out with his friends and playing soccer in his free time.
Coach Cecile
Recreational Coach
Coach Cecile came back to coach after being a gymnast at PCG for 8 years! Cecile has always been a driven and outgoing person. She has been involved in both gymnastics and dance and is currently a part of her High School’s competitive Hip-Hop and Pom team. This fall, she is beginning her journey to a Bachelor’s degree at CSU San Marcos as she continues to coach! She aims to continue her love for gymnastics through coaching, and finds joy in teaching kids to love gymnastics the way she did.
Coach Morgan
Recreational Coach
Coach Morgan is a current member of our Diamond Girl’s Xcel team, dedicating her time to both learning advanced gymnastics and transferring her knowledge to younger recreational students. You can always catch her listening to Taylor Swift - and sometimes it makes its way into our gym playlists! While she loves coaching all of her classes, the preschool students have a special place in her heart! Her favorite part of coaching is watching all the littles have a great time during classes.
Coach Khalia
Recreational Coach
Coach Khalia has been coaching with PCG for over 6 years. She is a jack of all trades, coaching all levels from Sea Otters to Level 3. In addition to competing through Level 5 as a gymnast, she competed up to level 6 in cheerleading - even winning the World Championship in Orlando in May of 2022! In her free time she enjoys reading, with her favorite book being Fourth Wing. After graduating from CSUSM in 2022, she splits her time as an ABA and continuing to coach her students at PCG. Her favorite part of coaching is getting to watch her previous students compete and thrive!
Coach Kayla
Recreational Coach
While Coach Kayla got her start coaching in NorCal, she wanted to continue her passion for working with kids while attending CSUSM! She is a former gymnast, competing up to Xcel Silver, and likes to keep working on skills while at the gym. Coach Kayla loves watching her students develop skills over time and gain confidence in themselves through the sport. Kayla loves to stay active in and out of the gym, with some of her favorite hobbies being snowboarding, hiking and going to the beach!
Coach Ella
Recreational Coach
Coach Ella has been coaching with Pacific Coast for almost three years! She competed for 7 years, ending her career as a State Champion in Xcel Gold. Watching her older team members graduate into coaching inspired her interest in getting younger gymnasts excited about the sport. In her time away from the gym, she enjoys swimming, shopping, and making art. She enjoys seeing new students having fun while learning gymnastics and helping them to accomplish new skills during her practices.
Coach Kora
Recreational Coach
Coach Kora is a former gymnast and trained for 7 years alongside the Xcel Team! While she trained in Modesto, she was excited to have the opportunity to coach while in San Marcos working on her undergraduate degree. Her favorite part of coaching is watching how excited the kids get to do different activities in class! When Coach Kora’s not working she loves to spend time outdoors, and keeps herself busy with hiking, surfing, camping, yoga, and reading.
Coach Libby

Coach Libby has spent most of her life at gymnastics - starting when she was only 2! She is a member of our Girls Team, currently preparing skill upgrades for her upcoming season of Level 9. Throughout her time as a gymnast she’s received awards, both bestowed by coaches and voted by her peers, for being a supportive and positive teammate. Now part of the older members of the team, Coach Libby is excited to watch her students improve and help them along the way.
Coach Riley

Coach Riley is a current member of our Girls Team, preparing to compete Xcel Diamond this upcoming season. While she got her start coaching with summer camp, she quickly realized a love of coaching both girls and boys gymnastics! When she gets some time away from the gym, you can find her spending all day at the beach. Coach Riley is excited to be a part of the very beginning of some gymnasts journey to their love of the sport!
Coach Kiera

Coach Kiera is a multiple sport player, having been a dancer for 8+ years along with attending international competitions for field hockey. Coach Kiera has always loved working with children, and got her start coaching gymnastics right here at Pacific Coast! When she’s not at the gym, you can find her relaxing, reading, or playing one of her instruments. Her favorite part of coaching is how excited the younger students get to try something new!
Coach Clara
Recreational Coach
Coach Clara has been practicing gymnastics for 10 years, and is currently preparing for her upcoming season of competing Xcel Diamond. While her main sport is gymnastics, she has also practiced soccer, softball, and dance. When she’s not at the gym, you can find Coach Clara jamming out to the Moana soundtrack or headed to the beach. Her favorite part of coaching is watching gymnasts level up from class to class!
Coach Abbie
Recreational Coach
Coach Abbie got her start with coaching gymnastics right here at PCG! She’s been involved in cheer for 3 years, and did 6 years of dance before that! Additionally, she is loving coaching Pop Warner cheer to pass on to younger students what she has gained through sports. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and going to concerts. Her favorite part of coaching at PCG is seeing her kids succeed!
