Miss Lindsey
General Manager
PCG’s General Manager, Lindsey, has been with us for over eight years! Originally from Oregon, she coached gymnastics while getting her Master’s degree in Education. After teaching for several years, she moved with her family to San Diego and started with Pacific Coast as a substitute coach - now having grown into an integral piece of this gym! With two children of her own as PCG Team Members (and coaches!), she enjoys being both a team mom and a part of the PCG family. Her favorite part of PCG is getting to see kids grow into their love for gymnastics!
Coach Bekah
Girls Team Director
Coach Bekah came to our staff from PCG’s Women's Developmental Team, progressing over the course of 13 years of gymnastics training all the way to Level 10! Having been a competing member of our team at PCG, she is excited to be a mentor to young gymnasts ready for their next challenge. In her free time, she enjoys competitive bowling with her team in Oceanside. Her favorite part of coaching the Girls Team is seeing the girls progress individually and as a team.
Coach Haley

Coach Haley has been at Pacific Coast Gymnastics since she was only six years old! From competitive gymnast to recreational coach to competitive team coach, Haley lives for gymnastics. Her career highlight was helping the Region One Team win first place at Western's in 2023! When she's not at the gym, Haley's stuck in a book, or talking about a book, or at the bookstore - really! Coach Haley is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at CSUSM.
Coach Jess K
Girls Team Assistant Coach
Coach Jess has been a part of our PCG team for almost ten years! She competed for Girl’s Team for six years, competing through Level 7, prior to transitioning to coaching team. Coach Roman

Coach Roman has been involved with gymnastics since age 5! As the first member of the Boy's Gymnastics Team here at PCG, he competed throughout his child and young adulthood. While studying for his Master's degree, he continued coaching the Boy's Team Optionals as well as the Girl's Team Optionals. In his free time, he authors a soon-to-be-published fantasy series, though his real passion lies in continuing to research new and better ways to coach skills. Most recently, Coach Roman was elected as the Southern California South Conference Chairman.
Coach Bella H.
Boys Team Assistant Coach
Coach Bella has lived and breathed gymnastics for over a decade. Having competed her last season as a Level 9 in 2023, she decided to continue coaching girls recreational gymnastics while building an entirely new skill set: coaching men’s gymnastics! When she’s not at the gym or studying for her Bachelor’s Degree, you can find her decompressing with a book! Coach Bella works hard to give her students new, fun, and sometimes challenging drills to help them reach their goals.
Coach Bella T.

Coach Bella has been practicing Aerial Arts for over seven years, competing across San Diego County in the Advanced category. Having gotten her start coaching at the PCG, she coaches students from Novice to Advanced Aerial Arts. She also has grown to lead PCG's Aerial program, as one of the integral coaches for both Recreational and Team Aerial Silks. She enjoys spending time with family and creating art projects in her free time while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at CSUSM. Bella's favorite part of coaching is getting to see how proud students are of themselves when they master a new skill!
Coach Amelia
Recreational Gymnastics & Aerial Arts Coach
Coach Amelia got her start in gymnastics through acrobatic dance and competitive cheer! Once she discovered her passion was working with children, she decided to combine her two joys into coaching. Coming from a background of working as a teacher’s aid, Amelia has an affinity for instructing the littlest of our gymnasts. In her free time, you can find Amelia studying, reading, or going to the beach!

While most days he is at PCG competing or coaching, he enjoys hanging out with his friends and playing soccer in his free time.
Coach Kayla

While Coach Kayla got her start coaching in NorCal, she wanted to continue her passion for working with kids while attending CSUSM! She is a former gymnast, competing up to Xcel Silver, and likes to keep working on skills while at the gym. Kayla loves to stay active in and out of the gym, with some of her favorite hobbies being snowboarding, hiking and going to the beach!
Coach Kora

Now part of the older members of the team, Coach Libby is excited to watch her students improve and help them along the way.
Coach Riley

While Coach Mia got her start in soccer when she was little, gymnastics has been her main sport for over 13 years! She is currently a Level 8 on our competitive team and would love to continue competing through college. If she had a whole day to herself, she would love to spend the day at the lake jet skiing. Coach Mia’s favorite thing about coaching is helping her kids enjoy the learning process and watching them have fun like she does!
Coach Abbie
Recreational Coach
Coach Abbie got her start with coaching gymnastics right here at PCG! She’s been involved in cheer for 3 years, and did 6 years of dance before that!
